At Electro Group Apprentices (EGA) we employ more than 360 electrical apprentices  and can supply safety focussed, competent and hard-working apprentices for your business at short notice.

Our apprentices have an aptitude and an enthusiasm for our industry, and we also provide pre-vocational training to many of our apprentices to ensure they start work-ready from day one.

To make sure we keep in touch, our trade qualified Field Staff make regular  visits to your worksite and offer support, training and pastoral care to all Apprentices.

We understand that there is more than technical skills required for an apprentice, so at EGA, we  offer all of our apprentices additional training in financial planning, defensive driving, nutrition sessions and more as needs change.

To further support our apprentices working for a host employer, Electro Group provides each apprentice with  personal protective equipment (PPE) and trade tools matching industry standards.
